GreenPE is implementing a comprehensive 20-week pilot intervention aimed at improving physical, dietary, and mental health through a carefully designed counseling program. The recruitment plan involves enlisting fifteen students per partner to participate concurrently in this transformative initiative.

During the study period spanning weeks 1 to 14, our team of specialized GreenPE experts, including physical education and fitness instructors, will facilitate two outdoor physical education sessions and deliver a lecture explaining the fundamental principles of fitness and wellness. This academic endeavor will be enhanced by the collaboration of two student peers specializing in sports per partner, creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

In addition to the structured sessions, participants will be encouraged to engage in an independent regimen of home-based physical activity, with one session per week. This holistic approach aims to foster a positive and lasting impact on the overall health and wellness of each participant in the program.
